Trained ahead of the release notes.

December 20, 2025 · Revais

Salesforce ships three releases a year. NetSuite ships two. HubSpot ships constantly. Every one of them now arrives carrying AI capabilities that didn't exist the release before. And the people running those platforms inside most companies are too busy keeping the lights on to read the release notes, let alone exploit them.

That gap — between what the platform can do and what anyone on staff has had time to learn — is where revenue leaks quietly, year after year.

So we closed it structurally. Every Revais consultant retrains every quarter. Not when it's convenient, not when the bench is slow — on a cadence, as a condition of being on our roster. The curriculum tracks what actually shipped: platform releases, Flow and Agentforce on Salesforce; SuiteCloud, workflow, and financial automation on NetSuite; Hub improvements and AI tooling on HubSpot — and the same discipline across the rest of the stack we staff, from Workday Adaptive and Sage Intacct to Snowflake, Tableau, and Power BI.

Release cadences are representative (Salesforce ships three named releases a year; NetSuite two; HubSpot and the AI toolchain ship continuously). The amber diamonds are the point: retraining lands every quarter, so no release outruns the bench.
AI isn't a specialization on our roster. It's the floor.

Whatever a consultant's platform, agentic-AI fluency is in their quarterly curriculum — prompt engineering, agent-assisted build and admin work, knowing which manual process on your team shouldn't be manual anymore. We've written before about why an agentic-trained seat produces like a pod. This is the mechanism: the training isn't an aspiration, it's a calendar.

What that buys you is simple. The person who lands in your seat doesn't spend their first month catching up to your platform's current state — they arrive knowing what it does now and what it does next, and they'll flag the automation your team hasn't had time to notice. Your people shouldn't have to become experts in every release cycle and every AI breakthrough. That's our overhead, not yours.

We don't just place people who were good when we screened them. We keep them good.
