Who we are
Revais, LLC ("Revais," "we," "us") provides revenue operations consulting and platform staffing services. This policy describes how we handle personal information collected through revais.solutions (the "Site").
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to give us:
- Inquiry and booking forms — name, work email, company, role, and anything you include in free-text fields.
- Staffing request forms — the above, plus details about the roles, platforms, timeline, and work setup you need, and an optional phone number.
- Email — if you email us directly, we receive your address and message.
The Site does not require accounts, does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and does not use third-party ad networks.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule conversations you request;
- To scope and deliver consulting and staffing services;
- To match staffing requests with candidates;
- To keep records of our business communications.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your information for third-party advertising.
Candidates
If you submit information to be considered for placement through Revais (directly or via a form), we use it to evaluate fit, verify qualifications, and present you to prospective clients — with your knowledge. We retain candidate information so we can consider you for future roles unless you ask us to delete it.
Service providers
The Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.), which may process technical data such as IP addresses to serve and secure the Site. Form submissions are delivered to us by FormSubmit, a form-forwarding service, and arrive in our business email. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Retention
We keep inquiry and engagement records for as long as reasonably needed for business, legal, and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention requirements) by emailing hello@revais.solutions. We will respond within a reasonable period and honor applicable rights under your state's privacy laws.
Changes
If we materially change this policy, we will update it here with a new effective date.
